Diramics is responsible for the design and manufacturing of InP HEMT based low-noise amplifiers for cryogenic applications. The main focus is on optimizing the LNAs for operation at 4K in the read-out chain of quantum computers.

Diramics will take care of manufacturing InP HEMT transistors, optimized for the quantum computing use-case. The corresponding models for the design and fabrication of InP/SiGe LNAs will be extracted and supplied to the relevant partners. Additionally, Diramics will participate in the design process for the InP/SiGe LNA modules. Finally, Diramics will also take care of the assembly of the InP/SiGe LNAs.
